Jeremy Parzen – A native Californian and a lapsed New Yorker, Italian-focused food and wine historian Jeremy Parzen has lived for the last 10 years in Texas where he works as a wine and restaurant industry consultant. When he’s not teaching food and wine writing at the Slow Food University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, you’ll find him in Houston composing pop music for his wife Tracie and their two microtexans Georgia and Lila Jane. Jeremy is also the author of the blog DoBianchi.com, devoted mostly to Italian wine.
